Full reimbursement guaranteed if My Art For Life alters or postpones the program.

No refunds for no-shows.

No refunds for participants who initiate the program but cannot continue for any reason.

Cancellation one week before the program starts entitles a 30% refund (varies per course).

Alternatively, participants or their nominees can apply 100% of the payment to future My Art For Life programs within three months (valid only for full advance payments).
Changes to Program

The program and confirmed teachers are subject to change with unforeseen circumstances, but we will ensure to bring you the best quality in alternatives if needed.
Photography and Filming at the Festival

We ask all participants to respect our policies that there should be no photography from participants of other participants unless their express permission is given.

You also accept that we will also have our own professional photographers who will be capturing film and still frame for our promotional purposes – they are instructed not to intrude on participants and would not photograph or film those who express unwillingness.
Shipping & Delivery Teams:

We are into teaching/training & servicing business, there are not such physical product for shipping. Shipping & Delivery is not relevant for us.
